The event lasts five days, including Italy’s Republic Day, a national holiday. It takes place during a strategic and vibrant period, when tourists enjoy visiting Milan, and a large audience is present in the city due to the school calendar.

Participation in the fair is allowed only for businesses capable of ensuring the originality, quality, and authenticity of their products. These characteristics, which are essential conditions for selection, are defined as follows:
The products match the declared specifications, thus excluding any form of imitation, counterfeiting, falsification, or adulteration.
The products have unique characteristics that distinguish them from others, making them in some way one-of-a-kind.
The overall characteristics of the products align as closely as possible with a set of values that express the territory, tradition (even in an innovative context), and a transformation of raw materials that is as respectful as possible of natural processes and the environment.
Companies applying for participation must submit a company profile, which should also include a recent copy of the business registration certificate, along with a selection of photos of the workshop and the artisanal products.
